Return Policy
We have great confidence in our reputation for quality Terminal Tackle. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.
Refunds for items returned within fifteen days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type excluding shipping costs. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and plus 20% restocking fee. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred.
Please contact customer service for further information on return or exchanges. All returns or exchanges must have original packaging and unopened.

NOTE: If your shipping address is different from your billing address , there may be a 5 to 7 day delay for address verification.
We do not ship to forwarding companies. If your shipping address is a forwarding company your order will not be processed and will not be shipped.
Shipping Charges to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to change and may be higher than quoted. We will notify you before processing your order if your shipping charges will be higher than quoted.
